There are 2 ways you can begin your Pilates practice:

 

Individual Tuition

Individual sessions are often more suitable for those people with musculoskeletal problems or for those individuals who prefer to learn on their own. They can be organised at your convenience, with a teacher of your choice. The cost of 5 individual sessions is £215. To book individual tuition, please contact us.

 

Group Course

The 10-week group course is suitable for most individuals. This course costs £100 and is intended to introduce you to the main principles of Pilates exercise. We take between 5 and 10 people on each course. To book onto the 10-week group course, please either contact us, or book online.

 

Further Sessions

After attending your beginners' sessions, and when you and the teacher feel confident, you can join any of the classes on our class timetable that suits your level and timing. Alternatively you can continue individual sessions with our teachers scheduled at your convenience.

 

A Few Guidelines

Wear loose, stretchy clothing; no jeans or clothing with zips. Shoes are not worn during classes.

Please remember that you are signing up for a course and your mat will be reserved for you for that entire time, even if you don’t attend. We are unable to give discounts or refunds for missed sessions but we will do our best to help you make up classes within one month.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancelling 121 appointments. Unfortunately there will be a charge for late cancellations.
