These are 10-week group courses, which will introduce you to the main principals of Pilates.
These courses are aimed at individuals with no previous experience. They are suitable for those who are not used to exercise and would feel more comfortable within a group of total beginners. We take up to 10 people on each course and each class lasts just under one hour.
If you are in acute pain, cannot get up off the floor, are pregnant, or if you cannot lie comfortably on your back, then this course is not suitable for you. If this is the case, please contact us to discuss individual tuition.
After attending your beginners’ course - and when you and your teacher feel confident that you are ready - you can join any of the classes on our timetable that suits your ability and schedule.
