Coronavirus Update

We are pleased to confirm that we are continuing to run individual 1-2-1 Pilates sessions, and that these will take place via Zoom as they are not currently permitted in the studio. We expect to return to the studio from 12th April.

What is it?

This package is an alternative introduction to Pilates for those not able to attend one of our regular Beginners' Courses (perhaps because the timetable is inconvenient).

How does it work?

You start by attending an individual session with one of our Pilates teachers. In this session you will be introduced to some of the basic Pilates exercises and to the principles of centre and breath. You will then join one of a number of classes that we run for students of mixed experience. Although these low-level classes are suitable for most beginners, we may advise some further individual sessions, or encourage you to enrol on one of our Beginners' Courses.

Is this class suitable for me?

This beginner’s package is particularly suited to those individuals used to exercise and movement. It may also be appropriate for those wishing to join one of our Over 50s classes. If, however, you are in acute pain, cannot get up off the floor, or if you cannot lie comfortably on your back, then this package is not suitable for you. If this is the case, please contact us to discuss individual tuition.

What does it cost?

The cost of one individual session plus a course of ten classes is £160. Please note - no refunds can be given for missed classes (however, we will try to offer an alternative ‘make-up’ class wherever possible). All sessions last just under one hour.
