Ultimate responsibility in assessing the suitability and safety of any session or exercise must rest upon the client. The individual teacher will endeavour to ensure the client has completed the relevant health questionnaire; if any questions have been answered “yes”, the responsibility lies with the client to obtain any necessary professional approval for the suitability of any exercise regime undertaken. It is the responsibility of the client to update and inform the teacher of any changes in their specific or general health conditions that may or may not affect the suitability of any exercise regime.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancelling all appointments. Unfortunately there will be a 100% charge for late cancellations.
There are no refunds for classes. If a class is missed we will do our best to find you an alternative one - as long as at least 24 hours' notice was given of your cancellation. Any make-up classes offered should be taken within four weeks of the missed class unless otherwise agreed in writing with the management. Where a course has been booked and the client fails to make payment or changes their mind after the start date of the course, payment in full will still be due.
